Stress or emotional stress is a common in life. There are two types of stress is
that stress the positive and negative stress. If this positive type of stress
actually leads to better benefits and not a burden which is too serious in
life. While negative stress can lead
to the risk of adverse health and emotional self. Accordingly, I highlight four
tips & effective way to eliminate stress, namely:
1 - Start with breathing control
techniques to calm and orderly. Breathing is the most basic of
human life, without breathing is difficult to live in this world. So God granted use of air to
restore the vitality of the mind and the body adequately. Shut
your eyes and clear my mind .. breathe slowly and fully .. pause before blowing properly. Repeat until seven times, and it
will give a good impact with enough oxygen in the brain and body to allow us to
rearrange the living.
2 - Smiles and activate positive
feelings in mind. This is pure mind power
techniques, how to activate positive feelings and thoughts are with the smile
and think of fun things. We need to change the 'mindset'
from negative to positive with a combination of visualization techniques
(imagination) and (positive statement). For example I want to succeed
and I dream of me get everything I want like a dream come true, managed to hold
the award, respected and admired, known and famous, standing on stage and get
great applause from the audience and others that our dreams wanted to happen.
We need to change problems into
opportunities. It's time for us to smile and
confident with yourself that all this could be resolved with patience, pleased,
hard work, determination and confidence .Feelings and positive thoughts like
this allows us to move further in overcoming any problems in life.
3 - Identify the problem and
make decisions (decision making) with strategic solutions. Handling this problem we can use
the concept of PDCA Plan - Do - Check - Action. With
good planning to overcome the problems I think we are able to return to
success.
4 - Sharing and release the
pressure slowly. If the stress and the pressure
is too strong so it can not control the technical 'release' may be directed to
the right place either by sport jogging, boxing punching bag, play pc games,
ping pong, fishing and other hobbies that calm feelings. Can also share the problem with
the counselor and the person closest to understand us.
